Megeve is a very elegant, prestigious and charming village that has the Mont Blanc as its backdrop. This fashionable but expensive little town is great for swanky shopping and has a varied nightlife, offering something for everyone. The 34 lifts in the ski area of Megeve gives access to 170 km of slopes, mostly blue and red ones. Because the area is interlinked with St. Gervais, you can easily access up to 300 km of total piste. Megeve offers great skiing below the tree-line, mostly for intermediate skiers and boarders. It also offers amazing off-piste. From the Megeve ski area you can access the snow park at Mont Joux, where you can find a halfpipe, tables, pyramid, quarter and bumps. The sound system makes the atmosphere even better. Megeve is part of the Evasion Mont Blanc area and an Evasion lift pass will also give you access to St Gervais, Combloux, La Giettaz, St Nicolas de Veroce and Les Contamines, so there will be something for skiers and boarders of all levels of expertise.
