The Chamonix Mont Blanc valley contains 6 different ski areas where you can generally ski from November to may: Aiguille du Midi, Brévent , Flégère, Le Tour, Grands Montets and Les Houches. Most of these areas are high above a steep-sides of the Chamonix Valley where the town and the neighbouring villages are located. Each ski area offers a variety of on- and off-piste runs for all levels that are easily accessible through 47 lifts. There is 182 km of pistes in the valley and a huge amount of off-piste runs, offering fun for everyone; from beginners to the pro's.
