It is 3 km from the ski slopes at Chamonix and 7 km from the magnificent mountain peak of Aiguille du Midi. A ski shuttle operates during ski season. The Mont Blanc tramway is 4 km, Nid d’Aigle glacier is 5 km, and Montenvers Mer de Glace is 9 km.
