La Flégère, just like neighbouring Brévent, faces south and so gets lots of sunshine and has spectacular views over the Mont Blanc Massif. It offers skiing for all levels.

There are a few green runs on relatively gentle slopes - a great place for beginners to make their first forays off the learners slopes and up the mountain! And there are plenty of blue, red and black runs, as well as some excellent off-piste corridors.

The Flégère cable car leaves from the village of les Praz, 5km up the valley from Chamonix. The ski bus will take you right there from Chamonix, or you can take the train - the station is an easy 5min walk from the cable car station.
